Smart contracts are a critical technology used in the Fexse platform. These contracts are automated digital contracts that run on the blockchain. Fexse ensures that revenue is distributed fairly. It uses smart contracts to ensure that the funds are distributed and that token holders receive their income properly. Example The revenue generated by a tokenized solar energy facility is automatically collected and distributed to token holders in proportion to their ownership percentage. For instance, a token holder owning 5% of the facility will receive 5% of the total monthly revenue directly in their wallet.

Leveraging smart contracts, these transactions are executed transparently, quickly, and securely on the blockchain, eliminating the need for intermediaries such as operational managers or financial institutions.
