3.12 General Principles for the Operation of the DAO and Tier System

• Participatory Governance: DAO offers a community-based decentralized governance structure.

• Fair Distribution of Authority: Voting rights are determined by the user's participation on the platform and Tier level.

• Transparency: All votes and decisions are recorded on the blockchain and are publicly available.

• Bindingness: Decisions made through the DAO and the Tier System are binding for all users on the Fexse platform.
