Article 4- Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1 Rights and Obligations of the User

4.1.1 User Eligibility

a) In order to become a member of the Fexse platform, the user is obliged to fill out the membership form on the platform completely, go through the verification processes (KYC) and accept all the terms of this agreement. Membership becomes active only after these conditions are completed.

b) The User accepts and declares that he/she has reached the age of 18 and has full capacity to make transactions on the Fexse platform and that he/she has the capacity to make contracts according to the relevant legal regulations. Since Fexse operates globally, the User is obliged to comply with the legal regulations of the country in which the User is affiliated.

c) The user declares that all identity and contact information provided while becoming a member of the platform is accurate, complete and up-to-date. In case of any change in the information, it is obliged to update it immediately.

d) If it is determined that the User's identity information is false, incomplete or misleading, or if it is understood that the User is under the age of 18, Fexse:

• It has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the User's account.

• When the user's account is terminated, any locked or unlocked tokens and the balance of stablecoins deposited, if any, will be returned without deduction.

4.1.2 General Obligations of the User

a) The User agrees to use the Fexse platform only for legal purposes in accordance with the legislation. It is prohibited to use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing and other illegal transactions.

b) The User accepts that he/she is personally responsible for any transaction he/she performs on the platform. Providing account access to third parties, unauthorized use or account transfer is prohibited.

c) The User agrees that all token trading, transfers and other transactions carried out on the Platform are irrevocable and unchangeable.

d) The User is obliged to comply with all security procedures provided by the Fexse platform (such as two-factor authentication) and to ensure the security of his/her account.

4.1.3 Rights of the User

a) The User has the right to access all information and transaction history available on the Fexse platform.

b) The User has the right to submit complaints and requests regarding the operation and security of the platform to the support unit.

c) The user may exercise his/her rights regarding the protection of personal data within the framework of the relevant privacy policy and legal regulations.

4.1.4 User's Right to Close and Terminate Account

a) The User has the right to terminate his/her membership on the Fexse platform at any time. However, during vesting periods with locked tokens, account closure may be restricted until the locking process ends.

b) In case of account closure, all unlocked tokens and balance of the user will be returned without interruption.
