Article 5- Pricing

5.1 Commission and Transaction Fees

The Fexse platform is entitled to a certain commission on FEXSE Token and NFT Token trades executed on the platform.

Commission rates and trading fees may be updated unilaterally depending on trading volume, market conditions, and platform policies.

The current commission rates and transaction fees are detailed in a separate document of the platform called "Commission Rates Document". This document is accessible on the platform and the current rates are binding for Users.

Fexse will make updates to the commission rates effective upon announcement on the platform. The User agrees in advance that the updated rates will be effective from the announcement.
