Article 6- Severability of Terms and Conditions

In the event that any provision of this agreement is declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable by competent judicial or regulatory authorities:

  • The remaining provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.

  • The invalidated provision shall be replaced by a new provision in line with the spirit and purpose of the agreement.

This article is intended to protect the integrity and validity of the contract.
