Article 8- Force Majeure and Liability

8.1. Definition and Scope of Force Majeure

Fexse may not be able to fulfill its obligations in the following cases of force majeure:

  • Natural disasters (earthquake, flood, storm, fire, landslide, etc.),

  • Epidemics,

  • War, occupation, uprising, embargo, state intervention,

  • Strike, lockout, mobilization,

  • Technical problems in the blockchain network or chain collapse,

  • Other unforeseen events beyond Fexse's control.

In such cases, the failure to fulfill Fexse's obligations shall not constitute a breach of contract and the platform shall be exempt from legal liability.
