8.4 Transactions Resulting from Technical Failures and Authorization to Intervene

Fexse has the right to intervene and cancel transactions in the following technical cases:

• Placing buy and sell orders at unrealistic prices,

• Incorrect results of transactions due to network congestion or technical error,

• Failure of transactions due to blockchain confirmation delays.

If such transactions are canceled, Fexse reserves the right to suspend the user's accounts or claim back any payments made in error.
