8.2 Technical Failures and Cyber Attacks

Fexse assumes no responsibility for the following technical or safety-related situations:

• Cyber attacks, data breaches, blockchain congestion,

• Internet infrastructure problems, server outages, power outages,

• Software bugs in the smart contract or platform,

• Technical failures that may occur in blockchain-based systems.

The User agrees not to hold Fexse liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise due to such circumstances.
