3.11 Tier System (Tiered Governance Structure)

3.11.1 Tier System Definition and Objectives

  • The Tier System is a tiered governance structure that defines the authority and responsibilities of users in the DAO's voting and decision-making processes.

  • Different levels (Tier) are defined according to the level of users' participation on the platform and their community contributions.

3.11.2 Tier Levels and Authority Structure

There are three basic Tier levels on the Fexse platform.

  • Tier 1 (Basic Membership): Offers a basic level of participation, with low weight in voting.

  • Tier 2 (Advanced Membership): Has broader voting rights and the ability to submit proposals.

  • Tier 3 (Final Decision Maker): Has high authority in critical decisions of the platform and is the final decision maker in sales and Revenue Share distributions.

The Tier Levels are detailed in the Tier System Technical Document, a separate technical document prepared for the DAO.
