9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute that may arise between the parties:

  • An amicable solution will be sought on an amicable basis.

  • In case of dispute, the rules of international arbitration and the jurisdiction in which Fexse operates shall prevail.

The User is retained by Fexse in case of disputes:

  • Blockchain transaction records,

  • Electronic database records,

  • It recognizes that wallet movements are binding and conclusive evidence.
