Beta Version Release

Fexse's beta version will be released for early-stage users of the platform. This version will allow testing of core features and gathering user feedback. During the beta phase, the platform will include the following:

• First Tokenized Assets: In the first phase, users will have the opportunity to tokenize real estate and other real assets through the platform. The launch of the first tokenized properties will allow for valuable feedback on the security and operation of the platform.

• Access to the Platform: Investors will be able to purchase tokens and participate in investment processes based on revenue by logging into the platform. Users will be provided with guidance on how to distribute revenue.

• Test Users: Users participating in the beta process will test various features of the platform and convey their experiences to the FEXSE team. This feedback is important for the platform to become user-friendly and to be shaped according to needs.

Initial Investors and Token Sale

Following the launch of the platform’s beta version, the first sale of FEXSE tokens (FEXSE) will begin, allowing early investors to join the Fexse ecosystem and raise initial funds for the platform.

• Early Investor Program: Early investors will be able to purchase FEXSE tokens with a low price advantage. This program will be a critical step to raise funds that will contribute to the financial growth of the platform. Early investors will be the first users to take ownership of tokenized properties.

• Token Distribution: Fexse will transparently distribute tokens during token sales, allowing users on the platform to invest more later. Early investors may be offered special benefits (e.g. lower transaction fees or extra token purchases) for a certain period of time.

• DEX (Decentralized Exchange) Integration: FEXSE token will be made tradable on decentralized exchanges (DEX), thus increasing liquidity and reaching a wider investor base.

User Education and Promotion

Along with the beta version and token sales, FEXSE will organize training and promotional activities to enable users to use the platform effectively

• Training Modules: Platform users will receive training on topics such as the real estate tokenization process, revenue distribution, and token sales. Users will have the opportunity to learn how the platform works before they start using Fexse.

• Marketing and Promotion: Fexse will use digital marketing strategies to promote the platform to a wide audience. Efforts will be initiated to attract early stage users to the platform through social media, influencer marketing, digital advertisements and industry events.

• Community Building: Fexse aims to create interest and trust in the platform by building a strong community with early stage users. The community will play a key role in gathering user feedback, informing investors about the platform, and driving Fexse’s growth.

Transition to a Decentralized and Foundation-Based Management Model

One of FEXSE's long-term goals is to move to a fully decentralized structure and create a community-based governance model.

• Foundation-Based Governance: The platform will be governed by a non-profit foundation, with all decisions made by the user community and smart contracts.,

• DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization): Users will have a say in the platform's future, and all governance processes will be conducted transparently through blockchain technology.
