10.2 Contract Amendments

Fexse has the right to make unilateral changes to this agreement and platform policies (such as the Personal Data Protection Policy) without prior notice.

Changes made:

• It enters into force upon its announcement on the Platform.

• By continuing to access the platform, the User is deemed to have accepted the updated agreement.
