Sources of Income

The main components of Fexse’s revenue model consist of fees received from tokenized assets, commissions received from trading transactions on the platform, and revenues from additional services offered by the platform. This diversified revenue structure ensures the financial sustainability of the platform.

Tokenization Fees

FEXSE charges property owners and investors certain transaction fees during the tokenization of real assets. These fees are used to maintain the platform’s technical infrastructure and cover the costs of providing services.

The tokenization fee may vary depending on the following factors:

Asset Value:

As the value of the tokenized real estate increases, the fee structure to be applied is adjusted accordingly. For example, higher fees may be charged for large value assets.

Asset Type:

FEXSE plans to tokenize other real assets besides real estate. Different tokenization fees may apply depending on these different asset types.

Tokenization Process and Management:

The process of property owners tokenizing their real asset involves a range of services, including valuation, digital property management, and legal compliance, which are essential for the tokenization process. These services contribute to the overall fee structure of the platform.

Tokenization Fee

For example, a tokenized real estate asset will incur a tokenization fee of up to 0.2%. This fee may vary depending on the value of the asset and the complexity of the transaction.
