Additional Information
Technical Documentation
Fexse has a comprehensive technical infrastructure related to tokenization and real estate investments on the blockchain. The technical documentation includes documents detailing the secure infrastructure of the Fexse platform, the operation of smart contracts, the platform's data security mechanisms and transaction protocols.
Financial Statements
Fexse's financial statements will include data on revenues generated since the project's inception, token supply and distribution, how platform revenues are created, and how expenses are managed. These reports will provide investors with transparent insights into the platform's financial sustainability and growth potential. Additionally, future revenue projections will serve as a key indicator for investors and stakeholders. These financial reports will be regularly updated and shared with the community.
Oracles and Off-chain Data Integration
Oracles are used to enable smart contracts running on the blockchain to interact with outside data. Oracles securely integrate external data such as rental rates, real estate valuation data, and market prices into the blockchain. On the Fexse platform, off-chain data is transferred to the blockchain using trusted oracle networks such as Chainlink, and this data becomes available for smart contracts to make transaction decisions. This ensures that users are trading in a transparent and reliable ecosystem while ensuring accurate valuation of tokenized assets.
Data Security and Cryptography
Fexse adopts the latest encryption and data security technologies to protect users’ personal information and assets. The platform uses the following methods during data storage and transmission:
AES-256 Encryption: User information and transaction data are protected with the AES-256 algorithm, which provides military-level security.
RSA-2048 and Key Management: The platform uses RSA-2048 keys for data encryption and secure communication. Key management is supported by a Hardware Security Module (HSM), ensuring protection against both physical and digital attacks.
Blockchain Cryptography: The platform uses ECDSA (Elliptic CurveDigital Signature Algorithm) to ensure the security of transactions on the blockchain. This algorithm prevents unauthorized modification of transactions and verifies users' digital signatures.
Hashed Data Structures: The platform provides immutability by using hash algorithms (e.g. SHA-256) to protect users' transaction history.
These approaches ensure that the platform not only protects user data but also increases transparency, security, and user trust.
