7.6 Data Sharing to Authorized Authorities

In the following cases, Fexse has the right to share user data with the competent authorities:

• Court order, legal obligation or regulatory agency requests,

• Compliance with anti-money laundering and terrorist financing legislation,

• Data sharing obligation under blockchain and crypto asset regulations.

Such data sharing will not be considered a breach of the confidentiality obligation.
